Service Warranty Terms

Applies to Labor Provided by Alonzo Appliance Repair Only
At Alonzo Appliance Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a limited warranty on labor performed for appliance repairs under the following terms:
1. Labor Warranty
- We provide a 60-day warranty on labor for all completed appliance repairs.
- If the exact same issue recurs within 60 days, we will return and repair it at no additional labor charge.
2. Parts Warranty
- Any warranty on parts is subject to the terms of the manufacturer or parts distributor.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by defective parts not covered by the manufacturer.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by misuse, abuse, or user damage
- Problems resulting from power surges, water damage, or external conditions
- Previously repaired or altered units by third parties
- Maintenance or cleaning services
- Units over 10 years old (unless agreed in writing)
4. Client-Supplied Parts
- We offer no warranty on labor or functionality when parts are supplied by the customer.
- All such repairs are done at the customer’s risk.
5. Limitations of Liability
Our warranty is limited to repair or re-performance of labor only. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including food loss, water damage, or business interruption.
6. Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, call us at (858) 727-2880 or email info@alonzoappliance.com within 90 days of your service date.
You may be required to provide the service date, service address, and description of the problem.
